[Resolved] Corporation Bank — refund money not processed yet | |||
Refund initiated by amazon india on 11.4.2020 has not yet been processed by corporation bank bhawanipur branch. Today is 23.5.2020 & the bank is not ready to help also. Called customer care & they told me to contact the relevant branch. Hooe the problem will be solved soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 4, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The refunded amount has been credited to my A/c on 29.7.2020, almost 3 months after the complaint has been lodged in consumer forum. When I was loosing hope of getting my hard earned money back, I got back my money. The time taken for the procedure is quite long. So don't loose your hope. Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
