[Resolved]  Corporation Bank — refund not credited in my account till now

I am nishikant gupta i have having a corporation bank account in titilagarh branch and my acc no.[protected]
And ifsc code is corp0003401 and i have done a order an on 25/09/19 product and cancelled it and according to amazon they have said that if your money is not credited before 26 sept then kindly contact to your corporation bank customer care. And i have called them they said we will unable to help about that so, about the refund contact amazon and the amazon also provided me a refund reference no.[protected] and the refund is about 799 rupees
