[Resolved]  Corporation Bank — refund not processed below my reference number

My refund not processed from bank. It almost 5-6 working days gone past.
Amazon give me reference number of transaction is[protected]

Ifsc code-corp0003502.
Amazon refund the amount in my bhim upi id [protected]@upi. They said that they have done the payment to corporation bank and bank give them reference number of transaction which is #[protected]. Please resolve my problem
