[Resolved]  Corps of Signals — No corrigendum ppo

Respected Sir,
1. Retired March 2005.
2. PPO received during discharge from service.
3. 6th or 7th cpc corrigendum PPO not received.
4. one 7th cpc ppo received in digilocker, without date and month of DOB, only year of birth of spouse is mentioned.(Please find at attachment)
5. Will the PPO be sufficient for FAMILY PENSION after my demise.
6. Retirees during 2005 or earlier have got their PPOs. Either by post or electronic.
7. May I request as to how I can get a 7th CPC PPO.
