Respected Sir,
1. Retired March 2005.
2. PPO received during discharge from service.
3. 6th or 7th cpc corrigendum PPO not received.
4. one 7th cpc ppo received in digilocker, without date and month of DOB, only year of birth of spouse is mentioned.(Please find at attachment)
5. Will the PPO be sufficient for FAMILY PENSION after my demise.
6. Retirees during 2005 or earlier have got their PPOs....

My NO. JC373991A EX SUB(ORL)RATTAN SINGH. I retired on 01 NOV 2009. That time DA 27%. from july 2009. But i received DA 22% on gratuity in my PPO . MY PPO no. s/022149/2009(army) date 19 june 2009. Please paid me a balance amount in my banker addres

Sir, I have just retired from Army wef 01 Aug 2009(Corps of Signals) on completiuon of 30 years of service. I visited 2nd time in ECHS,Chandimandir on 12 Oct 2009 for treatment of my ailing younger daughter. I issued regn token No 68 at 0915h.
