Cosmic Structures / Cosmic Group — Assured return cheques and property details not trackable now

We had purchased a unit from cosmic structures/ cosmic group. For first few years the assured return cheques were on time. But since last two years we are facing a big problem with developer not sharing the property details or providing us assured return.

The builder is now not traceable and we don't have details of property or assured return cheques as well.
