Respected Sir,

Please arrange to close my account.

I would like to mention that, like many others, I am not satisfied with the service provided by this bank. First this bank use to be people's bank, that helped every rich as well as poor financially. Now, this bank has changed drastically to a selfish bank that supports people only when they have money. They have started ignoring the poor once. They are only concentrating on their own bank needs, rather then understanding people's needs.

I would Iike to elaborate on my issue.I have been using this account from last four to five years. As we had sold one of our property, we had lots of money with us. We spoke to Cosmos bank staff about managing our money in right way.
Untill our work was done, this staff treated us like a King. They helped us in activating another account within 2 days in the same bank, for my wife. Perhaps, she did not have her pan card. This people made us pay for new pan card, saying that they will issue us the pan card in just a week and we are not required to wait for month.They kept forcing as for making insurance. Keeping fix deposits and so on.
Now 6 months past, we have no enough money
and still my wife has not received her pan card and atm card has not been activated. Even after complaining to the manager, no one is taking this issue seriously. Each time my wife goes to the bank, they ignor what she says and call her next day.
Inspite of this, I approached assistant manager to enquire about loan of 25, 000 only. I wanted to pay my sister's college fees within a week.We shared our problem with Assistant manager. He listened to us, showed sympathy, and behaved as if he is not interested. He said, that he understands our problem and he will soon give a call next day. Trusting him, we waited for days, that he will help us. But he never called and informed anything to us. Because, of their bad service, we could not afford my sister's admission in a good college.

Hence, I would not like to continue with people who discriminate between the rich and the poor, and I will be happy in deactivating this account.
I really know my this complaint wouldn't harm 'COSMOS' neither they would stop ignoring poor. But, I sincerely wish that this may promote other customers to think twice before thinking their future with Cosmos.
