Cosmos Bank — Forcing customer to open fixed deposit account

My father ashok shinde was having a fixed deposit account with cosmos bank, koregaon park branch and had my name (Sandeep shinde) registered as a nominee.
He expired on 11th sept-2016, so i went to the bank dec-2016 for death claim settlement. They took all the required documents and asked me to come after few days to collect the pay order.
Now they are saying that they can't issue a pay order and i have to open a fixed deposit account with them. I am not at all interested in opening the fixed deposit account with them, as i am in need for that money.

Please take strict action against them.

Mr.Shinde is right. Cosmos bank never pay money to FD holders to nominees . My brother is fighting against Cosmos bank in the Hon'ble court of India for last 4 years. Cosmos bank is cheaters & fraud . Our Government should take criminal action against Cosmos Bank & put them into jail to concerned staff & directors. Because Cosmos Bank is playing with public money.

We tried to remove cash rs10000 from atm bt due to some issue cash didn't came and text of debited cash came but we didn't got money and only received text message.
What procedures are to be followed for the same
Due to 4th Saturday banks are closed
