Our Cosmos Debit Card was swapped on 14th Feb at Relaxo Foot Ware Limited Airoli which was declined. On this we had to used Bank of Baroda Debit Card for successful transaction.
Later, we realized that the amount Rs 1403 was also debited from our account Cosmos Bank.
We have brought to notice of Relaxo and even Cosmos Bank as we had paid twice for one transaction.
Cosmos Bank informed us that there was some issue with their network and the amount would get credited back to our account in 15 days.
Now till date the funds have NOT been credited to our account.
