Hello sir, I have purchased country club membership on june 2014 from one of your sales representative mr ankur. But sorry to say you that he has not provided membership card (Id card) yet, even after many reminder, while i have paid full value of club membership rs 50, 000/= Hence we have never used any service or entertainment program conducted by club till now. I also not interested to continue, so please cancel my membership and refund my amount as soon as possible or please intimate cancellation procedure.
