Country Club India — Bad service/refund/membership cancellation- country club | |||||
I became country club member in sep 2016. Opted for 30 years blue membership. They misleaded us and sold membership and now we are trapped as whatever we say they show us rules and tell us you have signed on agreement so we cant do anything. 1. They sold membership saying amount will be coverted into emi withoit any interest. So we swapped credit card but did not received any msg for emi so after chasing them for 1 month they said amount will be convert into emi with interest. 2. Amc rules were not explained. After paying 2l rs. When i got welcome call that time i come to know we have to pay amc every year. Also come to know that even if we dnt use club we have to pay amc else we wont take yearly vacations. 3. Very bad service. Once they sold membership they stopped responding to our queries. Unethical behavior. I can show you emails we sent with no response from their side. 4. We want to cancel this membership and need our hard earned money back. We had raised dispute with citi bank but b'coz they have our signed on agreement so our dispute request failed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
