We took the country vacation membership in June 2020. While taking the membership country vacation team stated that we can utilize the membership within the country wherever the country vacation office is available. We specifically asked if there is any office at Vijayawada location as it is our hometown and thought we can utilize it. They firmly said it is there and we can use it with our membership cards.
Also, they said we can plan a vacation to different places mentioned in their booklet and use their resorts. Also stated we can use their Gyms, and weekend plans in resorts.
During COVID we haven't asked for any vacation plan. Since there has been no Covid effect we approached them to book the vacation plan to Triupathi in April month. They said the Country vacation premise was closed in the Tirupathi location.
Next we asked for the Shirdi property in June they said it is under renovation. We had been waited till August and asked them again. They were not responded clearly. We tried with so many calls and WhatsApp messages and then they said it is still under renovation.
We asked them to utilize the membership card in Vijayawada office premises. They said the office was closed. We are really frustrated and asked for our money back as there is no use with the membership and vacation plan.
Even when we ask for a refund they are saying it won't be possible, we need to utilize the membership.
We don't have trust in them and when we call them, their voice is also rude not courteous.
We need our money to be returned as we need to utilize that money for our kid's school fees.
