Hi

I have paid INR 9000 in total towards the reservation of two properties of country club namely Guwahati and Srinagar.

I wanted to cancel the reservation of Guwahati property so I sent several emails in this regard but no response.

Also, I have not yet received the confirmation of Srinagar property till date despite sending 5 emails to customer care as well as to Mr Reddy. It is not possible to get through the customer care numbers so there is no means of communication.

Please help in this regard and provide the resolution

    Hi,
    My early holidays are ending on this 7th so trying to book the holidays since last 10 days.
    Started at 20th May with phone booking but all no are not working or not reachable. Tried booking on app but it also didn't worked.
    Started sending mails 23rd onwards but such a poor response received like after 4-5 mails someone revert that too without any option of availability for booking.
    I was asking booking for Dwarka on 28/29 & somnath at 30/31/1st and Sasan Gir after 1st. Or anything opposite as well.
    After multiple mails got a call from Hyderabad that they can arrange somnath on 2nd /3rd &4th so I asked to confirm it and manage Dwarka on 30 &31st and Sasan Gir prior or after all this.
    They were supposed to confirm booking but it was not done.
    I keep sending mails as on today but no response.

    Last year also I tried to do the booking but it was not done and same again this year.

    Pissed off with such response and willing to cancel my membership. Pl refund my membership fee along with 5 years advance maintenance charges.

        Dear Central Customer Care Team,

        I have tried calling Mr BK Upadhyay a number of times on the mobile number mentioned in your following email (dated 28th March from you). But there is no response.

        Sent him ( Mr BK Upadhyay) an email also on 18th April 2023. But there is no response on email also.

        Tried calling "Team Central Customer Care" on Contact No: [protected] today at 11:45 AM but the mobile number is switched off.

        I am finding myself helpless as there is no one in Country Club to address my problem. Trying to exhaust all the options, before I can proceed with some appropriate course of action.

          1. I have not received any reply despite so many emails to Central customer care ([protected]@countryclubmail.com). The customercare email is mentioned on the website as well mentioned in the email dated 8th March 2023 from [protected]@countryclubmail.com.

          2. The phone no. [protected] mentioned on the website and also mentioned by [protected]@countryclubmail.com in their 8th March 2023 email is never picked up by anyone.

          Pls let me know if you think you should not interact with the customers, I am left with no option but to initiate legal action against Country Club.

                My membership ID is CCMU540VIP5LB71117, my name is Tushar Wanawe. your sales manager Shubham Barde Mumbai Andheri branch he committed me
                1. Swimming personal training -1 month for 2 people.
                2. Complimentary - 2 night and 3 days residence stay.
                3. 10 year holiday residential pack.

                4. 3000 per year AMC for next year for life time.

                5.Rs 30000 for lifetime membership fees.( Rs 35000 Fees and Rs.5000 cash back ).

                All above commitments were offered to me at the time of registration, but your sales manager did not pick up the call and did not answer me .
                It's insulting to me.
                kindly look into this matter on its urgent basis.
                And also solve the issue urgently.

                Kindly confirm the same and revert back.

                  I have been a member of country club for the past 3 years and in 2021 I had made a booking for the holiday at Country Club Bandipur. I was asked to make full payment for the holiday along with the food coupon. I had informed him that the food coupon payment will be made at the resort but he had categorically told that they do not accept any payment at the resort and meals need to be purchased at the time of booking itself. Thus I have made a payment of INR 14482 to Country Club. Screenshots for the same attached for reference.
                  Unfortunately due to the Covid scenario the holidays got cancelled and I had asked for a refund for the payment made. Despite multiple follow-ups with your team, the refund was not processed and I was told that the payment will be adjusted during my next holiday at the same location.
                  Subsequently in April 2023 we had visited Bandipur and had been following up for payment adjustment for food almost 1 month before the trip. There were multiple phone calls done and e-mail communications sent to all the respective IDs but there was no reply from anyone. At the location, we were not allowed to adjust the food payment and were asked to make extra payment for the same. On speaking with Deepak we were told that he will arrange for the refund and thus we made the food payment at the hotel. However now he has plainly denied the same.
                  Additionally, Mr. Deepak has been constantly mis-communicating about this refund everytime and has been avoiding calls and emails since we have been following up for it. Multiple attempts to reach your customer care through phones and e-mails have met with zero response. Not only was there a miscommunication about the food coupon, but the lack of response and action taken to issue a refund is unacceptable. I have been inconvenienced by this situation and would appreciate a prompt resolution.Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the food coupon that was charged to me and not used, and for your team to expedite the process of refunding the money for the cancelled holiday.
                  Request you to kindly look into this matter and process the refund of the payment for the food coupons already paid and not utilised. Please let me know by when can we expect the same.
                  I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

                    I have taken a Country Club Membership for 30 yrs with the promise of good service and reliability.

                    However, things took a U-turn when i started to have an initial booking at Country Spa Kovalam in Oct 22.

                    One of the most inconsistent reservation team, i have met in my whole life. The reservation team would not return your calls or would endless make your life miserable. We somehow managed to get a reservation only to realize the resort is ill-maintained and it is leased out to 3rd party who do not have any care for service.

                    Further, the 2nd pain point was during December when we booked an associate property at Goa for me and my friends. Unfortunately one of our team members had to cancel his plan and we informed well within the prescribed time-lines. A refund of Rs. 9, 000/- is yet to be given and even after 3 months we are still not able to get the refund to my friend.

                    The final pain point is, whenever we ask for a holiday reservation for a destination we prefer either the booking is not available with them or the property is closed and Similar scam runs with Dial an Exchange, their partner organization who only wants more money and their local properties are not worth even to be visited.

                    We would like to return the membership with the pro-rata membership fees and AMC adjusted to that effect.

                          I was mentally harassed by country club sales man Shehzad khan (emp code - CVPUFC3392) and Rizwan by providing false information about the country club's resort and gym membership in January 2023 at Viman Nagar, Pune office . They charged 6K extra on the membership amount which is 150, 000 and during the transaction they told me that the transaction is done with no EMI cost and they will bear the extra amount charged. Now they are denying on their words.
                          Also, the hotels mentioned by them which they call their owned properties and no longer owned by them. I chase them daily to get information since I have purchased the membership.

                            Its all verbal on a piece of paper. 1) he said 7 across /daelive will be giving hotels at 20% to 30% only. when i go to dae/7across they said no. they charge a lot more.2) no affiliated properties are shown to me. 3) They said you family of 4 can stay but when i called the affiliated hotel they said your 12 yr kid will have to pay extra 1000 rs4) They showed that the country club has huge hotel options and you will see when app will be downloaded. app can be seen only after membership. He refused to download the app right away so that i can see properties options.5) He said affiliated properties are 3 stars. when i directly check and call affiliated properties, those are 3rd class poorer and cheap one. i could have got those better options in good price if i go directly.Whats the use of your membership then.6) He said my friends and family can use it along with it. When i try to book they said family can't go along with me.7) I planned for ooty and he said no problem sir go ahead and when i go for booking your contract was no more. he hides these things purposefully.8) anytime we try to book they ask Rs 1500/ day as utility charges on any booking. While taking policy they told us we will not have to pay any other charges and now they are compulsorily charging Rs. 1500 day.9) food coupon they said you will get it but when i say i can use it anywhere they said no only some places. that means i will go to bandipur and get food coupon and will not be able to use there. what nonsense is this.

                              I received a call from shyamala (+91 [protected]) on 23/02/2023 saying that i had won a prize but in order to claim it, it was mandatory that i should attend a presentation along with my spouse. She said i have won 5000rs gift voucher, free holiday accommodation voucher worth of rs.25000 (without paying single rupee). first she was not said anything about the company name and exact adress.
                              She said "Begumpet and metro pillar no 1400".
                              i decided it's fraud. But for complaining about this, i don't have any adress and name of the company. So i decided to know the exact adress of frauds. But I'm very far to hyderabad. I said to my friend to go that pillar no 1400, begumpet.
                              Then i call to fraud and said I'm at pillar number 1400. She said go to "country club, second floor". And my friend went to second floor. There is a office type, looking like a travels.
                              Then i said to my friend leave that office.
                              Then i searched related to these type of frauds. Then i found exact type of complaint in "consumer complaints of india" website. That complaint said, If we went to their adress they asked to take the membership of country club and then those lucky draw coupons are ready to avail.
                              I'm complaining about this because it will saves people time and money.

                                I took a membership of Country Club on 24/October/21 by paying Rs.60350/-.
                                When I tried to book Stay I was asked to remit Rs. 14110/- ( Rs. 7080/- as AMC
                                for Oct 2021 - Oct 2022 and Oct 2022 - Oct 2023).This was not informed to me at the time of signing the Application. The only they told additional facilities can be availed by paying Rs. 6500/- and it is not compulsory.
                                As I have been cheated I request to surrender my membership and refund the amount paid by me.

                                    Hi,

                                    I took a vacation plan of 1.01 lac in 2018 and immediately i asked to be opted out of the plan. I informed within 3 days which is inline to their policy of 7 days. Still i have not received my refund and they are constantly asking me to wait. for 4 years they have been writing same email to me and not giving my refund of 22k which i paid to them as first installment

                                        I had paid INR 35, 350 on 12th Nov 2022, and become member of country club, they had told me they do have lots of hotel properties around the all the places in India, and whenever I ask for hotel booking, they say we are sold out rooms are not available, or they say we do not have properties in that place. I need my 35, 350 refunds kindly help me to get this amount back
