I took the lifetime membership in May-2019 and later on I paid 5 year advance AMC in March-2020. Thereafter, I booked one booking for November-2020 but due to flight cancellation I informed for cancellation of the same to Country club customer care Hyderabad and ahmedabad. However, no action taken against that. Thereafter, I recently check mobile app for booking then it was showing that AMC is outstanding. How it is possible when I already paid for 5 years in advance and against that no service taken. For that matter I mailed to Hyderabad and ahmedabad team but no response from them.
They are not responding to customer.
Now, I would like to sell my membership. Kindly refund the pay amount .

    Hi Team,

    Country club sold me membership(CVPU37MCCLUB5SBA0013) with incorrect information and till now my issue is not resolved with them.

    i don't want to use their membership and want my money back only.

    i was struggling to get complete detail with them about my membership and for same i forwarded them mail but till now no input received.

    i visited to their office but they fooled me one more time and told me that they will resolve each and everything in mail but nothing happen till now.

    I am requesting to return my money ASAP and till now i never used anything from you. Please don't eat my hard earn money and show some respect.

    below is email detail which is not responded till now and only one update was there that they will share information next day.

    i called them 20-25 times but they know how to make fool and i am frustrated with them.

      My membership ID isCVBRD1MPCLUB5LB267647.

      I bought membership on 21st Oct 2019.
      I was told that I will get Club benefits like Gym and other but I never got any benefits.
      I was told there is tie-up wth urban fitness and there is no such tie-up.
      Fes up with Your different representatives calling and asking money lime I have borrowed money from them.
      It's mental torturing and disturbing from last 3 years. I many time tried to contact but no help.
      I want my money 65K back.

        I became a membership by paying an 25000rsamount but still today i am not getting membership card or my amount three years ago. The employes of the company will not response properly pls reurn my amount or give me a life time membership card of what they told while getting tge money.
        Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Froud company, employes also frouds. Wrost company i have never seen before. No body should take membership from this company.

          I have made a payment towards AMC to Country club India as per details below.

          I was contacted by the below mentioned staff from the AMC team
          Gs.Veeresham,

          Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Limited,
          Hyderabad, [protected]

          I have tried to reach him to resolve this but no response ( email Dt. 23 Jul, 29 Aug, 02 sep)
          I then wrote to thier Customer service (Dt. 03 Sep) who directed me to contact their AMC staff ( [protected]@countryclubmail.com / shravani.[protected]@countryclubmail.com). I wrote to them on 03rd and 5th sep. I have no response from them.

          I again wrote to the Customer service on 07th, 10th and 13th Sep. I donot receive any feedback from them for refund of excess Rs.58, 720/-

          My Membership number is CVKW82KL30L1065

          My registered email with them is [protected]@hotmail.com.

          Could you kindly help me resolve this.

            These guys lure you with all marketing gimics they can while giving you an option to exit/sell your membership if you are not satisfied, however on contrary once membership is taken and fees is taken by them neither the manager answers the call nor you get the amenities and other things as promised. It's the worst club with worst employees who only think of their own incentives by falsifying the customers with various benefits and services. The relationship manager assigned to me neither answers my call nor has the courtesy to call back. He also doesn't respond on WhatsApp messages. All their promises are fake and I request all members to thoroughly check reviews and never opt for this services. Don't waste your hard earned money.

            I want my hard earned money back.

              i also took membership in 2012, i didn't use 3 years. then i realize it is not worth. i asked money back, they refuse to return money, because in the contract there is no return option. i didn't leave it, i fight very badly, at last after very very long fighting they returned my money back.

                Country Vacation & Country Condo - Return membership fee

                Hi,

                We took the country vacation membership in June 2020. While taking the membership country vacation team stated that we can utilize the membership within the country wherever the country vacation office is available. We specifically asked if there is any office at Vijayawada location as it is our hometown and thought we can utilize it. They firmly said it is there and we can use it with our membership cards.

                    Mr Vinod, a country club executive called me in December 2021, and said that all the pending dues will be nullified and my vacations re activated provided i pay 6000 rs in the name of AMC( I wonder why I had to pay any due as i didn't avail any facilities of theirs in years except 2 vacations out of 6 vacations i was promised.Also whenever I sent a mail they would outrightly reject saying the bookings are closed).He sent a mail confirming the same before my payment. Now, he says he will book my vacations only if i make a donation to some leprosy campaign for which he works part-time.He gave this information calling from a different number.Now, if we call him, he says he is not at all an employee of country club.

I had already paid that amount to country club but they do not update my Profile not provide me food voucher and not provide me holiday voucher .they only update my profile up 2043. I have try to call mallas and rejshree but rajshree phone number is out of coverage and mallesh cant pick my phone and give me respons.
                      I felt like sum fraud has been done with me or some cheating done by above guy so i want confirm with you what about next,

                          I took a membership of Country Club on 6/7/22 by paying Rs.80350/-.
                          When I tried to book Stay I was asked to remit Rs. 11530/- ( Rs. 7030/- as AMC and Rs. 4500/- as utility charge).This was not informed to me at the time of signing the Application. The only they told additional facilities can be availed by paying Rs. 6500/- and it is not compulsory.
                          As I have been cheated I request to surrender my membership and refund the amount paid by me.

                            Hi,

                            I've paid 85000 for the 10 years + Lifetime membership.

                            1) I'm also a victim in this trap as they are not providing the services that they offered when I purchased the membership, they told that I will not have to pay any money except that yearly maintenance fee and that too if I've to use the holidays for say 2022 then only for that particular year I have to pay the maintenance fee or else that fee is not required, But these people will call us and tell that if we don't pay the maintenance fee every year then we cannot use our holidays.

                            2) Whenever I try to book the rooms by calling their executive they will tell new rules every time,
                            a) First time when I called that person told me that this is the festive season and all the rooms are already booked and we cannot book the room on a specific date.
                            b) Second time I tried to book a hotel in Munnar, but they told me that the hotel is a tied-up property and you have to pay extra money to book the rooms over there.
                            c) Third Time I've asked them for booking a room in bandipur, but they told that the rooms are booked and they cannot book the room on the dates we asked.

                            I tried to book all the above-mentioned locations two-three weeks prior, but they end up saying the same reasons or they will ask us to pay extra by saying that it is a tied up property.

                            They also said that i can join the gym that was nearby my home, that is when i purchased the card they had a partnership with snap fitness as that was also a reason for me to buy that membership but after i buy the card they have cancelled the partnership with snap fitness and now if i have to goto a gym that they have partnership with then i will have to travel around 15 + kms which is of no use.

                            They had also told me that i can cancel my membership and get my money back if i don't want the membership, but now if i try to cancel that those people are telling that I've to transfer it to my contacts and i should only strive to sell that card to them and push them into this trap which is not fair.

                            So please help me in getting my money back.

                              I got email and telephone from Kolkata AMC and they asked me to deposit 50000 and we will upgrade your card to free food voucher for life time.I paid on 30th dec 2021 and applied for card upgradation on 13th Jan 2022.But card not upgraded and they told me it is going to take time.
                              Again they mailed me and asked me to avail opportunity to book anywhere for vacation by paying 80000 /-.I paid it on April 25th but so far my card not upgraded.When I contacted they say that they offered wrong amount and it is less (only verbally they told).So i need to pay more to avail the facility.
                              I am unable to pay any more.
                              I want my this money (, 50000+80000 ) to be sent back to me immediately.
                              Or else pls upgrade myembership card immediately.

                                Country club Kolkata had invited me a in their promotion on 3.07.22. They had committed this is only promotion purpose I do not need to take any of their subscription plan but also they will provide me free movie tickets for couple. But they are not fulfilling their commitment, now they are saying first I need to take their subscription plan then they will give me movie tickets

                                Miss Mumpy das from their customer care and Mr Ranjit from their sales team both had committed, they took my mail id for gifting purpose now they are not fulfilling their commitment. This is totally fraud case

                                  I want to cancel my membership as they have too less hotels. The executive told me there are 100 hotels across India, but in reality, they have as they promised. I was also sold the package as an international stay however now when I call the customer service team it's not available. This membership was sold to me by Neeraj and his number is [protected]. This person does not even pick up my call or reply to the message.
