[Resolved] Country Club (India) Limited — Amc offer by the company | |||
On confirmation from CCIL employee Radha Singh, I had paid the AMC for 5 years. The terms discussed by the employee during conversation are as follows: Commitment by CCIL employee: AMC for 5 years is 20000/- plus I will get food vouchers worth 3000 and a holiday package. But after payment of the amount, the employee doesn't answer my calls and I got to know from the customer care that my subscription has been made for 3 years only. I had paid the amount on 11th March, 2016, but till date I had not received anything from Country Club (India) Limited There are two Membership numbers for which I had paid Rs. 20000/- each. No one responding my emails
I am country club member since 2013. I have paid AMC for 4 yeras and it has been updated only for 3 years in system. When I raise this complaind, no one is thier to look into this matter and respond since 11 months. They did not reply, just doing copy/paste for each complaint. We need to come on single stage and file a complaint against country club.
