Country Club India — membership amount refund | |||
I have taken membership along with land of 360 Sq yard at shailu bhomi, during the initial discussion i have agreed the terms & conditions. After that i have filled the form with all my details for the process of member ship, i have selected payment mode through credit card with EMI option, i have opted for 48 months tenure, after that they have changed the details to 12 months, in the final agreement, with this i am in deep financial trouble. i have enquired there sales team ( during the time of membership), about the same it will be get adjusted during the next month EMI, due to some technical issue, after a month also it is repeated. sales Manager sent a mail stating the amount will be refunded from official mail ID, by downgrading the membership. after couples months nothing moved, after continues fallow up, informed to contact customer support. few changes in the customer service team, it got delayed. after continues fallow up with customer team reginal manger sent a mail amount will be refunded after degrading the membership. now that manager also left the company. now they are asking to submit the original documents to provide the refund. Membership taken date:9th July 2013, the last mail communication from country club is 12th April 2014.
