Country Club India — Membership Card Not Delivered [Membership No. CVHYD5SB3MLM165896] | |||
I am presently a resident of Hyderabad. I have taken a membership in Country Vacations last year 29th December 2013 having paid Rs. 55000 (Fifty five thousand), till date I did not receive neither the membership cards nor the spa vouchers which was promised during membership. I have repeatedly called/emailed the customer care and the sales executive to deliver the same. Every time some lame excuse was shown. I could not use any fitness center facility and also other membership benefits. By contract at the end of this year I should again pay a renewal fee of Rs. 3000 to continue the membership. I am feeling highly CHEATED. Please help me to do justice to my hard earned money !! Membership No. CVHYD5SB3MLM165896 P.S.
