I have made a payment of Rs.3584 on 19th Nov through Mr. Nagendra. He shared me the below details. But then he told me that reservations are not available on the dates I asked for. Then I asked him to cancel the booking and refund my advance amount. He has been telling that the Hyderabad reservation team is not ready to refund but only to adjust. That is not their decision. It is my wish. Now it is more than 45 days and I have not got my money back. Will you refund it or not? Please do not come and tell it will take one week. I had waited so long.

I am a very old member of Country Vacations. I took membership in March, 2013, for 10 years which was step by step upgraded to CD club membership for 30 years and again to Red Season membership.For every upgradation I had to pay huge some of money through my Relationship Manager Atanu Konch of their Kolkata office.After upgradation to CD Club membership and payment of 30 years AMC fees, I was provided a Complimentary plot at their Ratnabhumi project (Plot No.123)at Pridavan, Rajapur, Ratnagiri in 2015.Mr.Konch influenced me to purchase another plot at their Rajbhumi Phase I project(Plot No.93) at Rajapur, Ratnagiri in 2018.He said he will arrange to sell out the plots.He also sold me two other plots at their Hyderabad Sagar Pushpaban project (Plot Nos.280/1 & 280/2).This time also he said he will arrange to sell out the plots and also to sale out some holidays to other members.But till date he has not arranged to sell out any plot or holiday.
In the meantime Mr Konch sold another Country Vacation membership to me in the name of my son and gradually upgraded it 10 years VIP Membership.
In all these process I had to pay out more than 25 lacs rupees.
Lastly, in December, 2022, a lady named Jhuma Karki from Country Vacations AMC Department, Kolkata, phoned me and said that she will arrange to sell out Six holidays within January, 2023, and also my four plots if I upgrade the membership to VIP Membership.For which I had to pay Rs.128000/-(Membership No.CVKK37VIP30LRU145).She also upgraded the membership of my son to VIP Membership with 30 years' AMC against payment of Rs.120000/- in addition to Rs.47500/- later on with the promise of Six holidays within January, 2023.(Membetship No.CVKK37VIP30LRU259061).She also took Rs.52000/- for Life Time Service Charge for both the membership.The Manager of AMC Department, Kolkata, is fully aware of the whole incident .
But till date Jhuma has not arranged to sale not a single plot nor any holidays but she took Rs.347500/- giving false promises.
And at that time i.e.December, 2022, a man named Abinash also called from Country Vacations saying to upgrade the memberships and he will arrange to sale out the plots after March, 2023.But after March, 2023, I could not contact with that person by calling to his phone no.[protected].
But recently since October, 2023, neither Jhuma Karki(Mobile: [protected]) nor his Manager Goutam Pal(Mobile:[protected]) is responding to my phone calls nor to my What's App messages .
I want what Jhuma Karki promised about sale of total 12 holidays from both the memberships immediately and the selling of the four plots also.
I hope the appropriate authority will take a serious view to these type of cheatings with its high value members and take appropriate steps against them so that the concerned staff Jhuma Karki and her manager Goutam Pal of Kolkata AMC Department is being compelled to keep her promises to me .
All the money receipts and letters regarding upgradation of membership are kept with me.

I am a member of Country Vacations (CVCH3CLUB30LB104600) since October 2011.
I received call from Chennai AMC team of Country vacations for an offer to pay the AMC charges fully with a discount and paid all membership including AMC charges fully by 2013 and also visited 6-7 for 6-7 vacation years.
Similarly in Jan 2020, I got an offer from Country vacation customer service team for special scheme activation such that I can book 2 rooms. I paid for it and was successfully upgraded after that. I booked couple of vacations with my family to Kodaikanal.
Also, I received another offer in Jul 2022 for VIP scheme activation, by which I can make instant bookings. I paid for that and got that activated.

As per my membership, I can avail 6 nights/7 days per year with 1 room or 2 nights/3days with 2 rooms, if this exceeds they adjust if any unused vacation during previous years or vacation balance from next year. Hence cumulative duration for stay is only 6 nights/7 days per year.

This year-2023, we wanted to book for a vacation, but while boking the app is asking to pay Rs 8255/- as AMC due. When I complained to customer care, I was told that the AMC is for the second room which I could avail as per the special scheme activation, this was not told to me while activating this scheme. Also the duration of stay is going to be still 6 nights/7 days.
when checked, that though my family is effectively staying for only 6 nights/7 days.

Now I requested them to cancel the special scheme and vip scheme. I do not want any refund of those, asking them only to let me avail only 1 room without additional AMC charges as paid the AMC fully. But I was told that is not possible to cancel once activated and hence I have to pay to avail the vacation.

I now feel completely cheated by Country Vacations in terms of these offers.

I, Smt. SUMITA KANJILAL (Membership No. CVKK1CLUB211912) entered into the above mentioned agreement dated 05.12.2015 for membership of 10 years period. Thereafter my husband became jobless till now and as not a pension holder we are passing through a huge financial crunch. I am also suffering from continuous ill health and can't think about travelling and enjoyment etc. Whenever we have received any telephonic call from your personnel we expressed from the beginning our inability, to pay any more amount, and requested to refund our paid amount i.e. Rs. 61, 250/00 (Rupees sixty one thousand two hundred fifty) only, but no response was received from your end.

So, please note that we are really not in a position to pay any more amount in this regards and request you to treat the Agreement as cancelled. However it will be most helpful if you kindly arrange to refund the amount i.e. Rs. 61, 250/00 (Rupees sixty one thousand two hundred fifty) only and oblige.

I am a member of country vacation since 2013. As usual, I receive an offer to my registered email and paid all membership including AMC charges fully by 2021 and also visited 6-7 for 6-7 vacation years.
Similarly in Feb 2021, I got an offer from Country vacation customer service team and paid 40, 001/- in order to upgrade VIP membership. It was successfully upgraded after that. I with my family member booked for a vacation in May 2021 and visited Udaypur.

This year-2023, we wanted to book for a vacation, but while boking the app is asking to pay Rs 11199/- as membership due. When we complained to customer care, the AMC manager responded that there is no offer for Rs40, 001/- and asking for payment to avail vacation. Request for help.

This time I have booked through Jeniffer Antony from Kerala office for 3 days 2 night (from 2nd july23 to 4th july23) booking for Shimla on 29th May 23. Booking was done through Mahesh of Chennai office. Booking was confirmed on my payment of Rs 3000/- to them. They have not issued voucher to me even after several reminder. Since voucher was not given to me I asked for a change in date (from 3rd july23 to 5th july23). Mr. Mahesh confirmed the availability of rooms on these date. This he confirmed through mail PFA all whatsapp messages. Despite sending confirmation on email on my several reminder, he had not issued voucher to me. Day before yesterday ( On (20th june 23) he messaged me that your booking is canceled. After planning much ahead of the due dates and with all things fixed, me and my family members annoyed for spoiling my trip by countryvacation. To keep my family happy, I have to book hotel in another destination on the same dates @ 2times (Rs 7000/- appx.) the tariff I paid to country vacation. I can’t understand how countryvacation can act like this. You have to compensate the amount I have spent on booking another destination. I believe you will compensate the amount for our agony else I have to go to consumer forum to seek compensation for cheating to the customer.

Country vacations gave a written statement when I took membership for rs 65000 they said they will resale the membership again after 1 year for 1 lakh 30000. However now they not only refused to sell, but sending amc due messages.

I have purchased membership only based on their assurance that they will help to resale membership for more money.

Flasely lured to subscribe to membership and done a fraud of 37000(approx)
Did false promises and everything seems to be fake now. Please help

We booked County wide vacation package for 18500 up till now not even a single Hotel is been boked by them when we call or email them they do not respond and reply by chance if they pick up the call that tell us to do email which they will never reply they are not booking us anything and not helpful in anyways just creating news and please return my money give my heart earn money back

The Country vacations part of country club has called multiple times to collect the free gift that we got from Dmart, after going to the location they have briefed us about the country club vacations . They have told something else and the agrrement has totally different terms. We were in hurry and also informed them. They said the presentation will be done in 15 mins. but made us to sit 1 hour. after listening their plans we have paid 40, 000. but after coming out we have enquired about the company and found out to be the fraudulant company that made us to take the offer. we have recieved multiple calls to come to thier office even though we told them we will not come to office.

We were called in Radisson-Blu and sales team showed colorful picture and promised to give 4/5 star accommodations in India and abroad. Along with it they did so many other promises They charged us almost 2.5 Lakh for the package and made us sign on the agreement. We were shocked to see that the terms and conditions were not as per presentation and already informed Mithun (sales person) to amend and send us the updated document; which is not done till now. This is gross mis-selling. Their customer care is not at all reachable. Login ID-Password which they have given is not working. Relationship Manager Mahendra is also not taking the calls. Its a complete Fraud.

We want to file a case against them and want our money back.

Hello every one, we joined country vacations in dec 2013 and paid 1, 52, 000/-. Your membership of the country club and vacations. Because of they are giving me fake promises, offers and told me so much of lies by sales person, due to that argument is happen in my family, after that i called to sales guy to discontinue my membership and refund for money. I have not used single vacation and the promises that these guys made are beyond any one imagination. Ground reality is every promise is false promise. We are fighting for 5 years for refund and till now single rupee has not refunded.

Please don't choose country vacations and they are biggest cheaters in the india. Hope these guys will caught soon by mr. Narendra modi. I already dropped this information to narendra modi & pmo office on this issue and hopefully this will get sorted soon and this company will be closed and save innocent people like us.

I have paid the sum of 70000 for membership and 40000 for AMC for 5 years. I was told that we do not need to pay anything whenever we need to use the vacations deposited for 5 years. Now when I am trying to book the property for vacation, there is a demand of more 1500 per night. In addition, the resort hotels are not as promised. We were promised premium properties and 5-7 star hotels. This is sheer cheating, malpractice to fool the customer. We were also awarded Country club membership and told that they will invite to celebrate birthdays on their properties, but not even getting an SMS.
I am trying to contact their representative but they are giving irresponsible answers and then stop picking up the calls.

I am Ramesh from Bangalore with registered mobile no [protected]. We renewed our amc and after that we booked an accomodation at allepey property. We paid Rs 3000 as utility charges for 2 days/3 nights but we haven't got any confirmation booking voucher till now.
There is no response from amc department nor or the calls connecting to the customer support. Pls resolve this at the earliest

I, Chaitali Das started a membership plan with Country Club by paying a sum of Rs. 25000. But later on due to some personal problems, i wanted to cancel the membership. So, the People at Country Club offered me to give a holiday package of 6nights and 7days by adding a sum of Rs. 5000 more. So we made a agreement by paying Rs. 30000 in total in which we will be given a holiday package which will be valid for 10years and more. But now, when we are trying to claim it, no one seems to be interested in helping us. Moreover they are cutting the call and also one said, i have to pay more 70, 000 and Amc charges as well to avail the benefit which is nowhere mentioned in the agreement.
