Country Club India — No action on my withdrawal

I became a member of country clu in the year
Mostly i never used any services offered by country club.
I spoke to several members when they ask me to pay membership dues that iam no more interested in continuing as a member and may age is also +73i have paid huge amounts.
Imy request is to settle the accounts and with draw my membership with immediate effect.
Inspite of telling repeatedly they ask for dues
