Hi, i went to kalyani nagar, pune, office of country club, executives have called me in the name to offer free gifts, but they made me to listen their briefing about country club and tried to convenience me about the membership. Since they don't allow to check details on net and offer it as it's the last offer so i fell prey to it and paid the money via credit card.
On the same night, i realized my mistake as i have other liabilities and it's not important for me to get this membership @ this time. Also, i didnt verified my details to head office person call. So my membership number is not generated. I am trying to reach out to customer care to refund my money but it's of no use. I got a reply from a person to share my payment details proof so that they can verify it, but after sharing all the details, i am not getting any reply. I want my money back at any cost.
Since i have not taken the membership, i thought they can not claim it and it will be refunded to me in 2-3 days but it's not the case. How can you keep my money even when i don't agree to take the membership from your club. It's giving very bad impression of country club. Just to meet the target of few sales person, the whole image of country club is getting ruined. Guys please make a note of it, i have not availed your services and or agreeing to avail it, so legally you can not take my money.
