This is in regards with the company which is cheating its customers by providing false promises and when the customer ask to cancel the subscription and refund the amount they are not doing it. Country Club/Country Vacations is the company registered in Hyderabad and doing it's operations across India this company is into Travel and Hospitality. They are trapping middle class people in the following way. When we visit more mega store to buy groceries there they will appoint a person to distribute a pamphlet asking us to fill our mobile number they will inform it is for lucky dip, post that we will get a call that we won a gift of worth 25k come with your family and collect in cafe coffee day. Once we went there there sales executives are trained in such a way that they will forcibly make you purchase their membership. I am one of the victim I visited cafe coffee day marthahalli and purchased country club membership for 133000 rupess and my sales agent name is sandeep. Post purchase of country club membership when I check in internet most of the people commented about them negatively, so I decided to cancel my subscription from that day onwards i.e, 10th feb onwards I am following up them to cancel my subscription but I am not geting any proper reply. There are lot of people who got into their trap and lost their hard earned money, Request you take some necessary action against them and help to get my money back.

Dear sir,
We have taken membership of country club vacations membership no cvaubitclub30lb221677 3years back. Since than we have not been able to enjoy a single day holiday packages offered by company. We we were always misguided and cheated by the staff in aurangabad maharashtra. We tried to contact the custumer care on phone multiple times but in vain. We sent emails with details of complaints but not a single reply from company. Office manager in aurangabad mr kushkumar is absconding and none of the office staff no is recheable. On asking for no of higher authorities from staff in other offices they don't provide the same.
Kindly look into this matter and help.

We had been called to attend 1 hr presentation of country club at 7:35 pm on 20th october at 6th floor, a wing, amrapali complex, opp alpha one mall, ahmedabad. Even after 2 hr of session they forced us to take membership by mr vishal patel & his lady manager. We went with our kids to attend the session, we all have to face weird behaviour from the staff. At the end they didn't allow us to fill feedback form as well. On top of that when i checked voucher validity it's been already expired. This is not expected from renowned firm like country club. Country club is operating very impolite, rude, unmannerly, unsophisticated staff at 6th floor, a wing, amrapali complex, opp alpha one mall, ahmedabad. I will not suggest to anyone to attend the company's presentation at country club. I hope this feedback will reach to head office of country club. The expired voucher number is -[protected].

I was getting call from country club from 2015 and every time i ignore and deny to take any gift and services

In 2018 oct month i received call to collect gift and this time (20/oct/2018: 5:30 pm) i visited with my wife and kid to collect gift, but before they show me presentation and company info on their own web site and own you tube channel

They start there service from 349000 rs and after 20 min they give me deal of 70000 for 5 year

After 10 min they come with another option that is pay now 35000 and rest payment after 1 year

They showed me calculation on behalf of 70000 after made payment they add 10500 rs as amc charges (Which is completely wrong)

Now i was surprised and help less because i already paid 35000 rs

When i back to home and start looking about their properties, i was just shocked and my boold pressure increase because its completely false and wrong information

During discussion present they told me all their properties are 5 start but when i check online almost 90% are below 3 start and very cheep

As per scheme per day room charges are 4900 rs and when i check price online from different web site its below 2500 rs,

This is completely cheating and fraud — they showed me hotel image on their own web site and they showed us video on you tube channel which also uploaded by him self

I am very much help less, please support to refund my payment

I also raised request in bank credit card department to hold this transaction but they are not sure

I have requested for below holiday where we were verbally confirmed and now rejected saying, it is full. We informed on 15/10, means nearly one month in advance bkng where as we were told one week intimation is enough for your category memebership. Why such lapses?

I paid money, they promised me so many things depends on the explanation given by praveen from bangalore, we have taken membership, thats it.

Until the money debited from account they are fine, after that we didn't get what they promised, i sent messages, cals, email, tried contacting in all ways, not even single reply from that buggers, don't cheat people like just for money sake, these employees are worse than company owners, i think they are paying for cheating people, waste of money and you will feel so bad for seeing two kinds of people before taking membership and after taking membership.,

They are the buggers in india, i paid money and they promised so many things now not even responding to calls, bloody buggers and cheating people lik this, Employees who are working are paying by the company to cheat members lik us .

Country Club is a fraud and only know to fool consumers.
We want to take this to Consumer court and fight back my parents hard earned money. They are in trouble and no one from this Country club is helping us. This is how they treat consumers who have paid so much money on trust and mistreating them.

do know that writing a complaint here might not be of any help. But its just a start. I want to try out every possible means to get my money back .

I am recently signed a deal with country club for 5 years. I paid rs 75000. But they don't ask more things of it. They cheated us. But now they didn't take calls. This incident happened with me at city centre2 salt lake.

We are not satisfied with the country club false commitments and as per their agreement we are applied the cancellation.

we have all the proofs for the application and money transfer.

they are not responding properly and saying not to cancel it.

as per their agreement it can be cancelled within cooling period of 10days and i did the same.

I have been the member of country club Hyderabad since 14 Years.
Whenever I try to book an accommodation at other staes out of Hyderabad. There is no proper reply and response from the country club desk at Hyderabad. and being a member I am using the accommodations out of the club.
Today I have been trying to book the accommodation again for my Goa trip still faced the same problem. and they are responding in rude to ask to the person who has made you as the member in club.
Today I spoke to Mr.Spencer, he tried to support me and once he is not able to support he gave the call to his boss. BUT he totally talking in irresponsible way that responding in rude to ask to the person who has made you as the member in club.where as his subordinate trying to support.
This is the way of response from Country Club Hyderabad for a customer of 14Years. I contacted on[protected] & many nos.

I took country club membership on august 08, 2018. They promised me 100 things and made me to pay 65k, after this i made to realize that non of the promises are true. These are people operating in bangalore, selling their dirty ideas and making money. I'm not sure how they can get away by cheating so many people. Even if you have fell into thier trap. Is cvhyd5club245708by paying 56 thousand on one condition that they will send me dubai along with my wife if i take lifetime membership of country vacations. But after taking the membership they are not fulfilling the promise and the executive nusrath works in their head office in hyderabad begumpet office is not responding my calls and even not availaible in office and i dont know whom to contact regarding this issue. I just wanna request to country vacation is that i dont want any refund from u ppl i just want to visit dubai as promised by u ppl for 6 nights 7 days as i saved money for that purpose only wen i thought of going to dubai but my dream is unfulfilled and i have to save again for that and i dont wanna loose my hard earned money. So please its a request to do the needful and oblige me

I paid the full money of inr 55, 000 on 08/aug/18 but still waiting for my cards.
Customer care doesn't responding on e-mails and not picking up the calls.

The customer care representative on 27/sep'18 told that i will receive my cards with in two days but still cards are not delivered.

These cheats are now not responding to any e-mail or call. The customer care provided to me or on the web is not functioning

These people will call you and will tell you that you won a free gift but once you are there they will ensure you buy their package if you did not buy then they will start calling you with bad names. Their sales team is not professional and they are like gundas. This is very bad for a company like country club.in general these packages are not customer friendly and my advice is to book the vacation when you are ready from the known source.

Dear team this is regarding false promises made for selling the product twice by country club india sales team in pune.
After getting transferred from chennai to pune, i took a new country club membership in pune on may 2017 after the assurance given by sales team representative, that my previous membership amount will be adjusted for life time amc. I am still awaiting any further response from country club india. My new membership no. Is ccpu40club72902.in the name of randhir singh and pankhuri thakur and old membership which is also a life time membership took in chennai in the same names.
So far i have paid two times to obtain the membership of one club under false commitment which was not fulfilled for more then a year now which is an illegal and unethical way to sale your product.
Appreciate resolution to my case which is a pain to consumer as money is earned in harden way and no one is responding from country club after giving so many reminders on the e-mail.
As i was busy in my job so could not able to find time to visit their corporate office but no one is responding to give solution so far.

I had a very bad experience with country club because their employees are very clever. During the joining membership they are telling something but when i’m going to avail my holiday trip organizer asking some certain condition

I am really feeling bad. I have spent rs.50000. I’ve not taken any trip before 15 days discussion was going on i have taken approval for leave from my manager after that i got a mail trip is not available and got notification you have utilized your trip and give feedback

I have surprised, that it is kind of dakaiti.

During the joining membership there were no condition for welcome trip booking now they told me you cannot book from oct to feb. At that time also told me you can book 5* hotel whatever you want but now situation is different
& when i asked to ashish he said to me that he hadn’t told us about free flight tickets which was included into welcome trip? But he told us for free flight tickets in welcome trip of both side. Why you all are misspelling your words and what are you want with us? If we only book a room for vacation why we would choose your vacation plan after spending 50k above. If you think we are foolish you have to better understand our point. If we need room into a hotel then i go to opt goibibo or makemytrip etc.

A call from country club came on 12.01.2018 for offering some freebies followed by one hour presentation. I was so much convinced that I had to purchase their membership. After returning home, when I found there are negative responses on website. I wanted to cancel and take refund. But they said it was non returnable or refundable. They promised me that I will not be facing any problems.
It is regretted that the following membership benefits was told by Country Club's marketing team, Surat :

1. Gymkhana: 365 days free
2. Swimming Pool: 365 days free
3. Banquet Hall for organizing ceremony
4. Restaurant: 30% discounts
5. Birthday/Anniversary : Decoration+Cake+Welcome Drink
6. Summer Camp
7. Water Parks
8. E-Planning
9. Events etc.
10. Pub: 1 complimentary
11. SPA: free
12. Sightseeing- 30% discount
13. Food Package- 30% discount

As we reside in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, it was told that a new contract will be signed with some reputed hotels to facilitate the above facilities to us. It now seems the promises made were fake.

After paying Rs. 225000, it has become very difficult for me to pay AMC fees of Rs. (10500 +taxes) every year and go for a holiday of 7 days each year.Since beginning I have only made payments in lump sum amounts and no facilities have been availed in the name of my membership.

Again I wanted to avail the complimentary tickets and tickets are booked but the cashback was not refunded to me as per their introductory offer.

I anyhow want to cancel their membership and want a full refund against it. I have also registered a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. 926350). I have also mailed the complaint and tried to contact their customer care team but no one is answering me.
I am looking forward to you for necessary action.

This is one of the worse experience with country club, i have been highlighting from past 3 months with regard to the fitness facility provided by country club.

I am using country club fitness facility from 3 months (Snap fitness - sahakaranagar - bangalore) quite frequently snap fitness management authority stop allowing the country club members to gym.

I have taken country club membership 4 months back - while taking membership mr keshav a marketing manager ([protected]) has assured that country club is providing life time fitness facility for all membership card holders, now we are trying to reach his contact number he is not responding. Now he barred his incoming calls too.

We have payed 58000/- inr while taking membership, our in-tension to buy membership only fitness, the worse part is not even used 3 months fitness facility, we came to know the real picture/background of the facility provided by country club.

Kindly address this issues and ensure this to be resolved asap if not i have take the support of social media to resolve the same.
