[Resolved] Country Club India — Poor customer service and management | |||||
Hi My name is Ranjeet I had taken my membership on dec2015 and yet havent got membership card. I had made my payment in cash to one of the club staff named Akram. Now only after 3 month thay hav closed r- city mall store and non of the person are answering the calls. Since i dont hav card so i cant visit any other outlet also. If very soon i am not getting any help then for sure i m going to file complain with my 4 friends who r suffering wit the same after taking membership !! Was this information helpful? | |||||
