Country Club India — Request for cancellation of country club membership and refund of amount

I country club member (Dt470098) have signed an agreement with country vacations on 01/06/2008 and cleared an amount of inr 1, 53, 000/- plus inr 38, 000/- towards membership registration and complimentary plots with registration as of 04/01/2015. I was allotted plots 150 sq. Yards (1276 and 1326) in golf village birdie ii venture in jangaon, warangal district. I have not yet received the gift deeds and registration documents till date. I have been following up this issue with the local branch in warangal and ho in hyderabad, but no response is received.
