Country Club India — Utility Charges on top of AMC and Membership fees | |||
Country club is extorting money in one way or another from the exisiting customers. I paid 70k for the 5 holiday deals + annual membership for 5 years. I availed 1 holiday and when I booked a 2nd holiday, I received an email from [protected]@countryclubmail.com that I need to pay 5000 rs (1000 per night) more for the tie-up properties. This is no where mentioned in the contract that customer has to pay utility charges on top of the membership fees and AMC. Suddenly, the company came up with the policy. When I asked the executive to explain what do they mean by the utility charges, they weren't able to. They simply mentioned that the these are the company policies for the tie-up properties and the amount needs to be borne else they'll cancel the booking if the payment is not received in 24 hours. Countryclub seriously extorts money from you and on top of that, if you plan a vacation to relax yourself out, they'll make sure that they leave no stone unturned to ruin it.
