CHISOMDL6519 is my ID, I am really unhappy with the services and fake promised were made to me.
I just experienced the complementary 2N/3D package, but it was really pathetic experience.
Actually my daughter was not well so i asked them to extend the stay for next day, but the first response I got that the request has been denied as they 72 hrs turn around time with asking the reason.
When I forced to consider my situation then they said current hotel is booked then other hotel is available, for which I will have to pay 8K (AMC) _ 2K (Pupies), but I still denied.
I had to pay for next day for extension in the same hotel.
Also it was never explained that 8K has to paid everytime for opening 6N package, which means : 60K+8+8+8 = 84K total, where I will get only 18 days, which means one night for 4.6K.
I dont want this much expensive plan that too for the hotel where we have no internet.
Please request you to support me for refund of money as an exception and revert me asap.

Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Thank you for the update.
It doesn't look like the Country Club India is going to take any action on it even though they received a notification from the Consumer Complaints.
Hence, I request you to please take this seriously and help me out.
During this COVID times, it has been a tough time economically and I get calls from Country Club on a regular basis to pay annual maintenance charge.
Request you to please help me on this and help me get my refund amount.
