Request for Refund of my amount Rs 50, 400/_ including gst..paid to the country Vacations, towards life membership, paid on 23/12/2020..by means of NEFT..

Dear sir..
Before taking membership..many promises are made by the concerned persons, Mr.Ravi Kumar (Manager) and another staff member Karuna Sri..regarding the benifits or offers.. provided by the country club..
1)They said they arrange interest free loan of Rs 50, 000/_, that can be paid by me in 36 EMI, in a week's time..I submitted all the relevant documents for that purpose..But so far not implemented..and they are not lifting my calls also...I requested them to refund my amt paid by me..So far no response..

2)They also said members have the facility of life insurance of 6 lakhs, including 1lakh for medical expenses..for both wife and husband, in a year..but so far not implemented..
3) Apart from this many offers like free accommodation in a resort, and boarding..for a week, once in a year..for the maximum 8 members..and free sight seeing..
4) Also said ..free booking of function hall once in a year..in Hyderabad if we need to celebrate any functions..
5) They also said..they refund Rs 30, 000/_if we don't avail holiday trip of one week..
Like this many offers..they said..
But so far the basic things.. mentioned above in items (1) and( 2)... regarding loan of 50, 000/_with zero percent interest and medical insurance..are not implemented so far.. Inspite of several calls by me, they are not answering properly and also not lifting my calls..
So under these conditions, I lost hope on their execution of false promises...
I request you to kindly refund my amount paid 50, 400/_..to the Club vacations..two months back..i.e on 23/12/2020..
They have issued cards on 21/01/2021, but they are of no use for me..
Iam here with attaching the Receipt..of Rs 50, 000/_ sent by them...
They have taken an agreement after payment of membership fee, and in that the rules and regulations are not intimated, and they are printed with very small letters..not visible..
Your earliest response is highly appreciated..

    I am Mantu. I have paid INR 1, 40, 000 for 10 Years membership in country club on .
    It was said that the amount will deducted on a monthly basis for the next 12 months. However, it was deducted in one go without EMI.

    It was promised to me that I can cancel the membership after 1 year.
    I have been trying to reach out to them from last 6-7 months. However, they said it's non-refundable and disconnect my calls without answering any further queries.

    I have visited today only Country club office but decline to cancel the membership.
    After reading all the reviews and witnessing unreliable, non-stable promises, I badly want to cancel this country club membership.

    Please help me out.

    Thank you for the update.
    It doesn't look like the Country Club India is going to take any action on it even though they received a notification from the Consumer Complaints.

    Hence, I request you to please take this seriously and help me out.
    During this COVID times, it has been a tough time economically and I get calls from Country Club on a regular basis to pay annual maintenance charge.

    Request you to please help me on this and help me get my refund amount.

      Very bad experience in country club Bangalore worst maintenance and no one is around there.. it is very scary to go there alone. decided to cancel this membership since we are not able to use any amenities

          I am complaining because until now I haven’t got any response from your customer care regarding my concerns.
          Your hotel and office in Dubai have been closed and your members were not been informed.
          You keep charging us for the AMC, for what reason then?
          Update my expired holidays or refund my money back.

            Hello Country Club India, I am raising this complaint as my complimentary site allotment for the membership was done back in[protected]. I have paid the entire membership amount and I have all the receipts for the payment .. The people who were co ordinating with me have left a person called Gopinath who initially introduced me to the club membership and then a person called sinoj lobo who is a cheat and then manager Sridhar who was following up for some time and later stopped responding .. I got three different site allotment letters. I have visited the Bangalore country club office multiple times but my site registration is not done yet . When I was visiting back in 2009 and 2010 they gave me reasons of registration not happening due to various reasons and keep on pushing the dates months and years .. I was tired going every week and I get the same answer . No one takes ownership and help me get the site registered atleast where ever possible which ever place currently the sites are available..I am tired and it's a true fraud organization who is cheating customers by telling and promoting all this ..If really country is loyal to thier customers kindly help me get this sorted. Before we legally proceed against the organisation.

              Hi Team,

              CHISOMDL6519 is my ID, I am really unhappy with the services and fake promised were made to me.

              I just experienced the complementary 2N/3D package, but it was really pathetic experience.

              Actually my daughter was not well so i asked them to extend the stay for next day, but the first response I got that the request has been denied as they 72 hrs turn around time with asking the reason.

              When I forced to consider my situation then they said current hotel is booked then other hotel is available, for which I will have to pay 8K (AMC) _ 2K (Pupies), but I still denied.

              I had to pay for next day for extension in the same hotel.

              Also it was never explained that 8K has to paid everytime for opening 6N package, which means : 60K+8+8+8 = 84K total, where I will get only 18 days, which means one night for 4.6K.

              I dont want this much expensive plan that too for the hotel where we have no internet.

              Please request you to support me for refund of money as an exception and revert me asap.

                  Utility Charges on top of AMC and Membership fees

                  Country club is extorting money in one way or another from the exisiting customers.
                  I paid 70k for the 5 holiday deals + annual membership for 5 years.

                  I availed 1 holiday and when I booked a 2nd holiday, I received an email from [protected]@countryclubmail.com that I need to pay 5000 rs (1000 per night) more for the tie-up properties.

                  This is no where mentioned in the contract that customer has to pay...

                  We were forced to take the country club membership in a closed Hall in city center Kolkata by their agent Biswajit. My credit card was taken from my hand and forced me to enter my pin in front of my family.

                  I strongly condemned this act and harassment caused by the country club agents and want a refund of the membership amount as I haven’t availed a single service from country club. If no actions are taken I would have to take the legal route. Membership: CVKK1MCCLUB5SB260678

                    I took membership of five years vacations on 14.01.2018through local centre NOIDA which comes under Delhi zone Membership no. CCDL253V5LB29036. After realizing of my wrong ac/tchoice, I contacted local office through which I took membership for refund. On their advice I wrote to Delhi as well as Main office Hyderabad. My refund case was recommended by Delhi office and I also got letter from Hyderabad that As per company policy, I will get refund within 120 days. I am continuing requesting for the last 3 years but yet to get my refund.

                      My name is Shrenik Nareshchandra Shah, senior citizen, and got cheated with country club Ahmedabad office in the year 2008. Mr. Paresh Shah, AGM, Ahmedabad office has offered me all the fake promises in writing and collected Rs.1, 25, 000/= from me for new membership of esteemed club by single cheque.
                      After that I have informed club management for several times that you have not fulfill your written promises & i was worried & feel myself as cheating by club management. looking to this, I lodge my complaint with Country club management but as usual no response received by them.
                      One more time I am requesting through this message to cancelled my club membership & refund my hard money to me.
                      I am repeatedly informing to Maintenance team that I have never want to used your club class facilities & I am not interested to continue as member but no action would be taken.

                        We would like to bring the below to your information and do the needful actions to protect consumer rights and to safeguard the people in Saudi Arabia against the frauds and unfair trade practices.
                        Complaint :
                        We took membership (10 years) from this company by paying SAR.18, 000/- in their Khobar Branch during the first week of March'2020. Since then we are struggling to get the contract, company details & services, benefits and offers promised to us. They totally failed and not fulfilled any of their offers and promises. Even they didn't provide the membership card until this moment. We requested them to refund the amount due to unfair trade practices but they are not responding to our calls and messages & mails. Please take the appropriate action against this company to get the refund. It is an undercover business run by the Indian Company "Country Club". They are collecting the funds in Saudi Arabia and cheating the people in Saudi Arabia. Their HO is in Riyadh and operates the branches Khobar and Jeddah as well.

At the time of Membership we were allotted a Plot at Kodaikanal, we inquired many times on phone and mails about the status of our Plot but no one replied anything satisfactorily. Recently some one called for AMC payment, I again told him about my problem, he took some details and replied that plot is there. I asked him to send some document from the Company but till date I have not received any information/ Official communication.

                                2 plots at Vedic Spa Penukonda

                                I got 2 plots from country club in Penukonda, Hindupur Vedic Spa and the i also got the registration done for both in the year 2012. Then I paid for the boundary wall for one plot.
                                Now I want to sell these plots as I do not live in India and no property dealer wants to take up the case as they all say these plots are on illegal property.
                                Is there any way to get my money back?...

                                M writing this mail to you as I have not received any response to the mail which I had written to your customer care mail id for making reservations for your resort

                                I am the member of country club and wanted to book a resort . My membership id is CCMU38V5LB60633

                                I Was trying to reach on the numbers mentioned on your website as well as on your mobile app to reach out to your offices to make the booking. But to my surprise none of the numbers are functioning

                                Just wanted to enquire whether Country Club is functioning or have shut shops????

                                It’s strange to notice that none of the numbers mentioned on your websites are functioning. Is this because of the prevailing Pandemic or otherwise

                                This is simply unimaginable for a corporate to ginti on in this way. I was hoping for a good service from your side but I am feeling let down

                                Your marketing team who sold me the package had shown me stars but I feel Country Club is not up to the mark. I am feeling duped by taking your clubs membership

                                  1. At the time when me and my wife purchased the country club 10 year membership, we were told that it was not a mandate for us to use the holiday every year and we could club multiple holidays together to get things customised.
                                  2. We tried booking holidays through the package we bought but were told every time that the property we were trying to book the holiday in was sold out hence we were not able to avail the holidays for 2 years. So we did not pay the AMC since we were not getting any service.
                                  3. We were baited into paying the AMC and were told that all the expired holidays would be re-instated and we could use them any time we wanted. The customer care representative even send the details to us in writing on the registered email ID. But so far, the holidays still show expired.
                                  4. We finally booked a holiday in their resort in Goa, but then we found out that the resort would only offer us rooms. The club, spa, restaurant, etc. were all closed at the property. This was not mentioned anywhere on their app while booking, nor was this mentioned in the booking confirmation we received on the email.
