Dear sir..
Before taking membership..many promises are made by the concerned persons, Mr.Ravi Kumar (Manager) and another staff member Karuna Sri..regarding the benifits or offers.. provided by the country club..
1)They said they arrange interest free loan of Rs 50, 000/_, that can be paid by me in 36 EMI, in a week's time..I submitted all the relevant documents for that purpose..But so far not implemented..and they are not lifting my calls also...I requested them to refund my amt paid by me..So far no response..
2)They also said members have the facility of life insurance of 6 lakhs, including 1lakh for medical expenses..for both wife and husband, in a year..but so far not implemented..
3) Apart from this many offers like free accommodation in a resort, and boarding..for a week, once in a year..for the maximum 8 members..and free sight seeing..
4) Also said ..free booking of function hall once in a year..in Hyderabad if we need to celebrate any functions..
5) They also said..they refund Rs 30, 000/_if we don't avail holiday trip of one week..
Like this many offers..they said..
But so far the basic things.. mentioned above in items (1) and( 2)... regarding loan of 50, 000/_with zero percent interest and medical insurance..are not implemented so far.. Inspite of several calls by me, they are not answering properly and also not lifting my calls..
So under these conditions, I lost hope on their execution of false promises...
I request you to kindly refund my amount paid 50, 400/_..to the Club vacations..two months back..i.e on 23/12/2020..
They have issued cards on 21/01/2021, but they are of no use for me..
Iam here with attaching the Receipt..of Rs 50, 000/_ sent by them...
They have taken an agreement after payment of membership fee, and in that the rules and regulations are not intimated, and they are printed with very small letters..not visible..
Your earliest response is highly appreciated..

Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Thank you for the update.
It doesn't look like the Country Club India is going to take any action on it even though they received a notification from the Consumer Complaints.
Hence, I request you to please take this seriously and help me out.
During this COVID times, it has been a tough time economically and I get calls from Country Club on a regular basis to pay annual maintenance charge.
Request you to please help me on this and help me get my refund amount.
