Country Club India — Wrong hotel booked and utility charges of 3,000 not refunded from 3 months

I spoke with a guy names Siddhartha from Country Club and he wrongly booked a hotel for Goa location wherein I requested for booking in Maharashtra. On the day of travel I understood about this wrong booking and Siddhartha assured that I will be refunded with the amount I already paid and I just have to make a new booking of 3, 000 rupees as I was already near the hotel waiting to checkin. Siddhartha took his manager over call named (Anoy) and confirmed that the amount will be refunded within 15 days but it's been 3 Months now I have been chasing Siddhartha and he has not answered my call even a single time.

I followed up with Reena Rawat, Srinivas (who never answered my call) and Rakesh Singh from Country Club escalating the issue for almost 3 months and not even a single person helped me.
