I order A2 Carton Cow milk for my mother and we have had issues with country delight (rotten tomatoes or delivery at the wrong house etc)many times before but this time it was ridiculous. They delivered packet milk to our house instead of carton milk and when I contacted customer care for this(which is unreachable to an agent), they called back on complaint.
First they said there was shortage of carton milk that day, one person said that the computer systems were down and one girl Jaspreet from delivery team said "Ma'am the carton and packet milk is the same". I told the person to replace the milk (because the taste was so bad that my mother had to throw it in my absence)and she kept making excuses to cover he departments fault. I kept the phone and she made the issue as "Resolved". Again i tried customer service and that person checked my account and said that there is no account with that number. That girl did something to our account which removed it from their system.
THEY DON'T ANSWER TO THEIR MISTAKES AND THAT IS AS BAD AS CHEATING. ON TOP OF THAT THEY REMOVED MY MOTHER'S ACCOUNT.
THEY ARE THIEVES..., THEY JUST STUFF THEIR SALARIES WITHOUT DOING ANY GOOD WORK. Was this information helpful? |
