I would like to inform you that I wish to register a complaint and request strict action. Once the payment is received, the company shows no interest in providing timely services. they have delivered 1 services and 2nd services they say product was finished and no membership number is provided while paying for vouchers. It appears that the online company is solely focused on collecting money without delivering...

I recently received a Country Delight Desi Danedar Ghee with a broken seal, raising serious concerns about product authenticity and safety. Despite calling customer care four times, my complaint remains unresolved.

The product arrived with a broken seal, making it unsafe and raising doubts about its authenticity.

The seal appears to have been cut very sharply from the top, making tampering difficult to detect...

I received milk packet upto 28 February 2025 after 1st 2 nd 3rd March 2025 milk packet not delivered and showing balance, minus Rs -40.43
On 1 st March balance showing Rs 15/-

Recently i received an order from country delight which i ask them want to return that was in offer. I raise the complaint & they told me that they will pick up in morning n all non sense. Raised complaint on 15 may 2024. Almost four days no action has been taken yet.
Then yesterday i received a call told me we dont have enough delivery boy right now to pick up and thn at 11:00pm they ask me are you available at your home. One of the delivery boy will come to pick up an order. I feel something is fishy to pick up an order at 11:00 pm midnight seems strange to me.

SUBJECT
Still after repeated complaints, no resolution and we suffer. Their delivery people always press our Bell, early in the morning, at the time of milk delivery, disturbing the sleep of all my family members. And the country delight customer care people do not take any action.

Our grievance stands as follows

(A)
1. As per the standing instruction, you delivery man is not supposed to press the bell at the time of delivery which he did today. Have you changed our preference without asking us?

2 look at the following screenshot and it is showing the status as, out for delivery but in reality he had deliver it 15 minutes back.why?

It is very strange to note that over a call made by this evening regarding our complain against your delivery man whose pressing the bell in spite of our instruction for no bell, we got a very discouraging answer that you are not supposed to respond to us but to delivery person only. What does it mean?
So our complaint has no value?
So if this is your attitude, we are referring the matter to the consumer court, who are capable enough to teach you the value of customers complaints and the harassment a customer faces due to your negligence and deficiency in your services, under the consumer protection act 1986.

I have took membership worth 399 today thinking i will get discount as my kids will be coming next week and i will be able to use. And then to book few things i need to add money to wallet so did 200, then ordered few products mentioned below after thoroughly checking the prices and placed a order. I took a screenshot of the order page after order placed and then once the order delivered I took another screenshot. Its full cheating as they altered the cost in the second image. And moreover if I order all the products mentioned below outside I still checked it's coming somewhere 169 whereas here 399 membership and 200 wallet balance and discount and after all still I paid 168 and tha too they altered to 183 something. Such a worst app and not sure how no one filed a case against them. I will try to do something and not letting it go as such when i experienced this scammers.

Subject of grievance

Non ending harassment. Confirmed order not supplied. Still after promises, not to happen such incidence again but it happens continuously. Such deficiency causing hell of trauma and waste of our valuable time is punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 with heavy penalty and compensation by the consumer court.

The recent order 2 days back dated 7th April 2024 again was not supplied over vague reasoning as usual.

(A)

1 Look at you the following screenshot PDF file.
2 You failed to deliver banana at this you have been doing persistently causing hell of trauma and waste of time to us.
3. And now you are asking to place the order again at higher rate. Repeated habit. Too bad, not acceptable but punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 to put the customer into trouble again and again.
4. And you promise, this will not happen again but you do it repeatedly.
5. Now deliver our order, same quantity, same rate at which we have initially placed the order.

(B)

As it is observed, still after confirm order, you do not deliver the required items of the order and this you have been doing persistently still after your repeated assurance that it would not occur again but it happens. Being constraint, we are taking up the matter with the consumer court entirely at your risk and cost for your non stop deficiency to honor the confirmed orders of your clients causing hell of trauma and waste of time in the morning when we wait for bananas to come at our breakfast table but they never come.

Brief of the grievance

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed to write this within my first week o[censored]sing CD app. I have been incorrectly charged for several items, and your "Big Pay Day" promotion has deceptively charged from my VIP benefit allowance which is not shown while ordering(screenshot attached)

Yesterday I specifically selected fruits and vegetables with a total cost of Rs. 89 in order to utilize Rs 233 of my available VIP membership balance of Rs. 237.

However, despite the order falling well within my VIP allowance, I have been charged an additional amount contrary to the expected benefit.

(1) Mischarged on Banana - which was shown at Rs23 instead of Rs.46.40 charged

(2) Pomegranate - which was shown at Rs. 32 instead of Rs. 91 charged

I did not agree to purchase these items while ordering at these increased charges - as they are much higher than market price

Furthermore, while placing my "Big Pay Day" order, there was absolutely NO indication that my VIP benefits would be consumed or unavailable(see attached screenshot). This lack of transparency is highly misleading and unacceptable. I have been mischarged on the following items

(1) Rice Flour Rs. 42 instead of Rs. 20 - Total 84' instead of 40

(2) Salt - Rs 106 instead of Rs. 46.

I did not agree to purchase these items while ordering at these increased charges - as they are much higher than market price

- When attempting a normal order after already using a portion of my VIP balance, your system provides clear warnings about either insufficient remaining VIP credit or needing to pay extra

-However while ordering through the Big Pay Day promotion, there was no mention of VIP benefits being utilized suggesting this is a special offer. I could make order from Big Pay Day without any warning of either exhausting my VIP balance or needing to pay extra than the ordered value.

This discrepancy in system behavior highlights a concerning technical issue in which without my knowledge - I did not agree to purchase these items while ordering at these increased charges - as they are much higher than market price

The combination of overcharging and confusing technical difficulties has completely eroded my trust in Country Delight. I request an immediate resolution to this matter. This includes:

- A full refund for the unwarranted charges on my recent order.

(1) Mischarged on Banana - which was shown at Rs23 instead of Rs.46.40 charged

(2) Pomegranate - which was shown at Rs. 32 instead of Rs. 91 charged

(3) Rice Flour Rs. 42 instead of Rs. 20 - Total 84' instead of 40

(4) Salt - Rs 106 instead of Rs. 46

(5) Packaging charge of Rs. 19 - there was no charge of this while making the order due to being within VIP membership benefit

- There needs to Clear and transparent communication on how your VIP membership interacts with promotional offers like Big Pay Day - as no mention of VIP benefit is made on this page.

I expect prompt and thorough attention to these issues for refund to reinstate my trust. If a satisfactory solution is not provided, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription and escalate this complaint further on social media, through youtube videos and management.

I placed the order in country delight app where the after discount they shows the amount of totat rs.411 when i placed the order but when its delivered its showing the bill amount rs.810. I'm also complaint same on app i got the call from one of executive who said I'll transfer your complaint to senior but after sometime i got the msg that your complaint has been resolved. Fraud app please take a action on them

I order A2 Carton Cow milk for my mother and we have had issues with country delight (rotten tomatoes or delivery at the wrong house etc)many times before but this time it was ridiculous. They delivered packet milk to our house instead of carton milk and when I contacted customer care for this(which is unreachable to an agent), they called back on complaint.

First they said there was shortage of carton milk that day, one person said that the computer systems were down and one girl Jaspreet from delivery team said "Ma'am the carton and packet milk is the same". I told the person to replace the milk (because the taste was so bad that my mother had to throw it in my absence)and she kept making excuses to cover he departments fault. I kept the phone and she made the issue as "Resolved". Again i tried customer service and that person checked my account and said that there is no account with that number. That girl did something to our account which removed it from their system.
THEY DON'T ANSWER TO THEIR MISTAKES AND THAT IS AS BAD AS CHEATING. ON TOP OF THAT THEY REMOVED MY MOTHER'S ACCOUNT.

THEY ARE THIEVES..., THEY JUST STUFF THEIR SALARIES WITHOUT DOING ANY GOOD WORK.

Loaded wallet 3000/-
1059/- Membership ( max discount 2010 this includes 70/- old membership ) wallet balance 2169/-
Note :- we pay rs 100 and get coupon of 152. Which is 52.6%.

Order.
12 Jan ordered for 13th.
2 ltr milk.
236/140= 96 membership availed.
Effective cost milk 140/- + 51 = 95.5 per Ltr.

After delivery 13th morning. Wallet 2029/- Discount bal 36/37, 1914/2010, 96 deducted.

As a first time customer, I was enamored by the adverts of receiving fresh vegetables and fruits and was totally disappointed by its poor quality. I get better products from the Farmers market.
2. Their prices are way higher than the market price. It does not compensate the poor quality.
3. They have a complex system of luring customers to get into VIP Membership by showing the discounts you get and coaxing you to pay 1009/- for membership to avail of those discounts that are on HIGHLY Inflated prices
4. I have paid unnecessarily high amount for products that are of poor quality.
5. I received the milk and ghee and paneer, all way above value price. But at least if I believe in their promise, is better than the other produce
Mr. Gade and Kaushal are well advised to not cheat the public by becoming greedy commercial marketers and preserve their brand equity on their Milk and milk products

I am hereby requesting consumers to buy fruits and vegetables from local markets and farmers. You get good stuff at much lower prices and also help their livelihood than making unscrupulous marketers like Mr. Gade rich .

I ordered watermelon and coconut today from country delight app.Price shown is 39/kg and 55/per piece respectively.But after delivery of the product they charged 72/kg and 90/ respectively.They have not informed us before deducting amount from our reserved money .This is pure cheating and making fool of customers who buy things seeing some price and they change price automatically in the bill after the delivery.So many buyers have given the reviews about them for the same above mentioned reason.

I have ordered first time and after order my order amount was 428. After delivery bill amount showing as 775, Also there is no bill and bill number for order...I have raised a complaint (RBC6138856) and there are simply closing ticket. When I checked with customer support they told me that they are providing bill for delivery. Please take legal action and ban this fraud company..

I ordered few items from this app. After successful submission of the order on the confirmation page they showed 325 re discount + 0 packing & delivery charge. Amount to be paid was 179rs. But after delivering the items they charged 409 RS including 19 rs as delivery charge. I submitted multiple complaints to customer care but they are disconnecting my call.

Sir this company is totally fraud they show low prices while selecting the products on the app and after check in almost double amount is deducted from the app. They don't even reply to the complaints.
And 3 products were missing at the time of delivery.

I am very disappointed as the prices what i see during ordering is totally different when it is delivered.

As per my order in 497 Rs there were 13 items but 11 items are delivered in 476Rs.900 gm Pomato granate and 900 gm mango is missing.
Not sure why it is happening and how country delight can do it with his customers?

Request your quick attention on this matter. i ordered the items. Please deliver the missing item in same price what i have seen during ordering i.e. 497 rs for all 13 items.
Otherwise return my pending amount that is around 250 for 1 kg pomato granate & 1 Kg Mango

This is a very strong escalation from the customer to whom you are serving and getting your source pf income. I am going to post this complaint on many sources to ensure such types of fraud will not happen with people again since some people are not really smart to understand your fraud transactions.

Okay let’s start here -

• The moment you open the app you see that they give you access of VIP pass at just 35 rupees and you say confirm and it takes you to screen two options to choose instant and schedule
• then when you go to instant you see that they have the list of products at very less amount and you add them
• wallllaa!! You place the order and you go to your my order option you will be shocked to see that the amount which was the total amount you were supposed to pay is now double and one more thing till the time you don’t add the order double amount you can’t place the order too

• now the entire story starts from this place you call the customer service people I spoke to two people. One said named Danish that ma’am your order cancellation request is done I told him I don’t want to use the service just refund my entire amount in my source account this man said yes to everything and then within 10 mins my delivery was at my doorstep. Now the man said that your amount is already debited and i called again to the customer care where the agent named “Danish” has no sense on how to talk he said “ab rakh lo order ap”

I could have get this from a better place with half of the price. My review will circulate around with your thoughts and your strategies on how to make fool of public and that’s why trusting on such small businesses are becoming very difficult for us.

I used this app for very long time and never realised that you guys are fraud.

On 20th June, 2023 I placed an order for 450 ml of cow milk and 900 ml of Ghee, priced at Rs 26 and Rs 497 respectively. I have screenshots of the bill, confirming the total amount as Rs 523 (497 + 26). However, upon delivery on 21st June, 2023 the amount was increased to Rs 690 (Rs 649 for Ghee + Rs 41 for Milk), resulting in a discrepancy of Rs[protected].

I've ordered a ghee which was showing me of rupees 419 but after delivery they said that it was of 679.5 and makes my wallet negative and now asking me to pay 260 more to them. I've mailed them my issue, but they still keep on calling and asking me for money even their delivery persons are harrassing me now.

Yesterday night I ordered milk from country delight, today on 5/7/2023 Wednesday i didn't received my order but my money is deducted from wallet and they mark as delivered.
Already raise complaint in app but didn't satisfied from their response so i tried to call them on customer care but nobody picked up, already send 2 mails but didn't received any response from them.

Charging higher cost after showing a lower price, many people have been duped, high time for government to take action now.

I had ordered 5 bottles of ghee as I was being given a discount of 42% . That is I was being charged an approx of 479 rs per bottle instead of 899 rs . When I ordered the ghee bottles I had extra money in my wallet and they deducted all what I had even more than the price that was promised. They charged me rs 669X5 approx instead of 479X5 approx . I raised a complain so then they asked me to return 4 bottles and keep only 1 as the discount will be valid only for 1 as per my membership . I returned the 4 bottles but then they have not refunded my the amount and are saying that it’s adjusted here and there whereas I have not been wanting to continue with their services any more

Hi I am your vip customer, I have order coconut water your price is 73 and vip customer price is 48.5 but you are deducted 73 two time...this is way to looted customer by taking advance...your vegetable is third grade... coconut quality poor...all products is kachara...closed your store

I ordered a few vegetables on 16th June 2023. I was charged double the display price at the time of delivery without informing. I called customer care to file a complaint and my subscription milk delivery for next day was delayed for more than an hour. Again I called customer care to cancel it as I had to go out. Also I wanted to stop any further use of the service and asked to refund my balance wallet amount. Immediately my app stopped working...

See the attached screenshot which I took just after placing the order for 14th june. The screenshot shows the amount 23.58 rupees.

But after delivery 45.2 rupee was deducted from my account.

I have also attached the screenshot after delivery, which shows more amount was charged.
