Country Delight — First they supply less quantity, then refused to refund

1 We have placed order for fruits to country delight details as per the attached PDF file, but were shocked it to find they were less in weight
2. We immediately reported the matter and lodged our grievance through email and to their customer care people also on call.
3. We have sent there snapshot also showing less weight for the fruit supplied by them.
4. They promised the refund would be made in 24 to 48 hours.
5. But no refund was made by them.
6. At the time of delivery, we asked the delivery man to wait so that we can check the weight in front of him. But he refused and rushd away.
7. Country delight has deducted the total bill amount from our wallet before delivery as they do not have any provision of COD and now they are not refunding but harassing wasting our valuable time.
8. After the order is placed, they do not have any provision to send confirmatory email conforming the details of the order to the client, to let him confirm the details if any discrepancy exists.
9. Why should we suffer and waste our so much time over such a tiny issue, due to their negligence and deficiency to have no control over the items supplied by them to check the weight before the items leave their godown.
10. Such harassment amounts to punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 for heavy penalty under the act.
