Country Delight — Refusal to supply confirm order again and again | ||
Complaint against COUNTRY DELIGHT Online milk, fruits supplier Mumbai Their email ID [protected]@countrydelight.in Our Customer ID # 3609607 Subject Persistent illegal habit to cancel the confirmed order and put the customer into hell of trouble, trauma and waste of valuable time. RECENT CASE Brief of the grievance (A) Look at the attached screenshot. You could not deliver bananas this morning but you are saying it could be delivered tomorrow. But you are showing in your notification as per the screenshot rate of 54 while we have place the order yesterday at the rate of 38 only. As you are responsible for not delivery bananas this morning, you must deliver tomorrow at the same rate at which we have placed the order yesterday ie @38 only. So book the order for the same quantity and at the same rate of 38 and deliver them positivity tomorrow morning. We hope we will not be constrained to take such a tiny matter to the regulatory authorities at PG portal. (B) No response to our following emailed grievance. 1. Refer the call made by your Shreya in our falling grievance asking us to place the order at higher current rate and the refund would be made for the difference for the lower subsidised rate at which we had place the order. 2. But as promised by her, she failed to send the needed email in this purpose. Why? 3. You are constraining us to take up the matter with the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986 for heavy compensation entirely at your risk and cost, which make a legal note for such a tiny amount. 4. It is the deficiency on your part for not supplying the banana still after the confirmed order. And their for as per the law, the customer is not suppose to suffer due to your deficiency. 5. Supply banana tomorrow morning with the same quantity and the same rate it had been ordered yesterday to pay have you compensation through the consumer court. RK Agarwal Attached PDF file of- Their notification for failure of delivery And asking to place the order again at higher rate than whatever confirmed by them at the time of accepting the order.
