[Resolved]  Country Holiday Inn And Suites — false promises by sales team to sell membership

Unfortunate experience with country holiday inn and suites. Took a new membership in august 2018. Sales team of chis made huge false commitments about the tie ups with all top hotel chains within india. We have been trying to plan 1st holiday in dec and it's become an impossible task. For past 2 months every day we have been following up with reservation team and sales team but all we get it assurance that next few days we would get some clarity as company (Chis) has not yet up with hotels for december. Multiple follow ups have been done with no success.
We have been requesting the reservation and sales team to connect us with somebody senior in the company but we have been told that they are not authorised to give details of their management staff. How in service industry, management doesn't want to connect with customers and resolve their issues.

I think company seems to be running on false promises. I feel cheated. Horrible and painful experience, suggest that nobody should take chis membership.

I need immediate refund for the money that has been given to chis..
