Biggest mistake of my life was to give my Maldives Plan to Country Holidays. For everything from ticket to accommodation, they were very particular about payment. And we honoured every time and Rs 2.60, 000/ in advance was paid about six months back. They gave us the hotel voucher, which was fake as the Male Resort said it is already expired. They gave us fresh dates but same result, neither they could give the tickets nor confirmation of hotel. After this instead of showing regret, they are not refunding the advance of Rs 2 Lacs, sixty thousand. Yes, correct 2 lacs sixty thousand. Twice the bags were packed but had to unpack. No one picks the phone and a casual reply is given on email.
We took membership in 2022 by paying Rs 1, 50, 000. None of the vouchers could be utilised as they have no hotels to offer. The listed hotels on their website are not available. The hotel confirmation was given for one night in Gurgaon and when we went for check in, it was not valid.
For the tickets twice I tried and confirmed the quote given by them. The ticket is not issued even till one week with no response from them and then price went up and they ask for higher price for their mistake.
Simply fail to understand a company can do such things in today’s atmosphere.
I need my money of both advance paid and membership charges.
