After a long awaited mailings with Country Holidays Inn and Suites i am writing this complaint. They trap the customers with various offers. I paid an amount of Rs150, 000/- through credit card in installments, on Nov 2017. I have to fight every time to get the location and the hotel of my choice. None of the hotel was the standard they showed on the slides.
Now from the last three months i am mailing for reservation in Himachal and every time i get the same reply
Greetings from Country Holidays Inn & Suites !!!
"We regret to inform you that the requested location is not active yet (Due to some internal issues in terms of the contract renewal process)
Active locations are as follows:-
· Mukteshwar
· Jim Corbett
Kindly advice"
Was this statement given at the time of taking membership, that you have to plan according to their will. My money and time has been stuck with these fraudsters. I want the full refund of hard earned money i gave to them.
Moreover they are now trapping with these statements

You will be astonished that none of the toll free number works.
