Country Holidays Inn & Suites — CHIS is not willing to cancel my membership and refund the amount in this corona situation

I took a membership of 10 tears and paid around 60000. Soon after I took my membership, corona issue raises and whole world was almost into lockdown. Also I faced some financial crisis and so unable to pay the remaining amount. So I requested CHIS to cancel my membership and refund the amount back as I haven’t availed any of their services or facilities. But every time when I contacted customer care, they are not at all willing to cancel my membership or refund my amount. The only thing they mentioning is to pay the remaining amount, else the paid amount is o[censored]seless. We even contacted the manager who actually compelled us to start this membership, but now he is behaving in a very rude manner. I lost bulk amount of my money and is helpless now.

Updated by Salini S I got an offer while taking the membership of 2 nights stay in certain locations, but now when ever we contact them they are refusing to give good hotels as promised and they are often changing locations.

Updated by Salini S The corona situation made most o[censored]s in a large financial crisis and it is understandable. But CHIS is not willing to understand any of our concerns. We have already paid large amount and is now in helpless state. Even if we told them that we are going to raise complaint, they are taking it with least consideration. Kindly please refund our hard earned money and we don’t want any CHIS services at all.
