[Resolved]  Country Holidays Inn & Suites — denial of actual service

Chis (Country holiday inn & suites) company gave me false promises and i purchased their membership. But when i tries to use them, they denied for most of the things committed at the time of payment.

When i mail to their reservations team, they say reservations are not possible. Contact sales team. And sales team don't even pick my phone. They normally pick after i call them 6-7 times and they also say blah.. Blah terms and conditions.

I have used only one of their complimentary stay in the roseate house. Apart from that when its time to actually avail the service, their are denying what was promised actually. Now, i want to get my money refunded. This is pathetic.
