Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Excuses and excuses

I am requesting them from November for booking but till now they are giving again and again same excuses we don't have inventory or booking for this specific date( I changed the date 3-4 time due to this issue)which I am mentioning from November still they are not giving booking. Now the other reason added we are providing you the 1 day booking in this month so not providing you the other mentioning booking. This is totally scam in contract nowhere mentioned that you cannot take the 2 booking in the same month.
