[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Fake booking

After a lot of mails and calls, they give me booking for one night at Ashok Country Resort, Delhi. I got the voucher also. But now when I called Ashok Country Resort and ask confirmation regarding my booking, they denied. They are saying that no such booking is there with them. Which means now CHIS providing fake vouchers to customers. Wow!!! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
May 29, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved CHIS said my booking will be updated to the property 2 days before my check-in date. So I m giving that time to them. This I am marking the issue AS RESOLVED Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
