Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Fake promise and waste time

Couple movie voucher + holidays voucher :[protected]

The country club guys made all false claims and promises about giving holiday voucher. Then they wasted an hour of our time, and gave a voucher which already had clauses as against promised. Nevertheless when i am trying to use it now for movie and holiday voucher, they aren't responding to me at all, as have sent several mail and lame excuses and delay. Not responding to my mail, chat or phone calls.
This is height of cheating openly.
