[Resolved]  Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Fake team and don't provide services when needed

We have been a victim of the fake promises made by Country Holidays Inn and Suites during their sales in 2018.
Whenever I try to book a holiday from this company, they refuse that the accomodation is not available. Also Vishal Rai who is the Founder and CEO doesn't respond to queries and don't pick up the phone. Customer care number and reservation enquiry number are working but no one picks the call . This company has given multiple false hopes to me and many other customers.
I would like a full refund of my Membership fees of Rupees 140000. There are multiple emails sent for booking but many remain unresponded.
I would request urgent intervention here to resolve in refunding back my hard earned money.

The said company is continuously cheating innocent familes. we will also wait for the day when the company will be closed and criminals will be arrested.
