At The Timing Of Selling They Assured Us That We Don't Have To Pay A Single Penny And About AMC/ASF Said It Is Included In The Membership Fee And The Amount Has Already Been Deducted Hence We Need Not Pay Any Amount For The Year But Now When I Received The Welcome Call Them, Then Costumer-Care Executive Start Explaining About AMC Charges ****/-INR Will Pay For Every Trip.
Is This Logical? Why There Is Such Duplicacy In Promising And Delivering. We Were Very Conveniently Fooled Into Buying This Plan. We Were Given An Agreement To Sign Stating That This Is The Written Commitment Of What We Discussed Showing The Amount Paid. But Were Not Let To Read Saying That You Can Read It Later. I Wonder How Things Will Take Shape Once We Avail The Service. Therefore I Want To Cancel My Membership Right Away Without Availing A Single Trip Because Of Fake Promises And Lies.
