I enrolled into chis on 26/5/18 id chisrg773992 and now i wish to withdraw from it as all commitments made by anam mirza at your rajori garden office are proving to be wrong.
Firstly i was promised 4 to 5 star properties which fell flat when i visited kabeela resort its location food pool or its basic facilities like intercom were not even up to a 2 star facility.
When i purchased the membership i informed them about the age of my kids as 11 years and 13 years, i then was told that i would have to take 2 rooms each time and double nights would be deducted from my package. I was fine with it but it was impossible to book as all mails were responded as that i was entitled for 2 adults and a kid of below 6 years.
Why would i except a package where my whole family cannot go. I wouldn't have opted for it.
I confronted anam when this issue arose but he simply said the company policy has changed.
They showed me pics of auli property while selling the membership but now they do not have auli in the list of properties
Just one booking was made after 42 mails
I do not wish to have any further association with false promises please refund the balance after appropriate deductions
