[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Fraud company

This company is fraud and expert in cheating customers. They have taken money on 10 September and don't have intention to give us flight tickets till now. From where you are, what kind of refund you have?

I'm from NCR, i I gave them money for booking international flights and hotels but they didn't confirm till one day before travel date. So i asked them to refund the money but its still pending from their side from last 3-4 months. Every time when i called them they said their account team is working on it.
