Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Fraud Company- Not refunding money which they promised 6 months back

This is a big fraud company.They promised me in Feb they are going to refund my money within 60 working days. After 60 working days, they promised me a new date, and then again a new date, and so on. I have so many emails from them where they are just giving me a new date every time for a refund. The owners of this company are doing this intentionally.Soon i will start legal proceedings against them. Don't fall into the trap if they promised a date to you for a refund. They are never going to return your money themselves.
