I took 10 years membership plan of CHIS on 9th January 2022 in Rs 2 lakh 15000.We were given a complimentary stay of 3 nights 4 days in Maldives.When we requested to book our stay we were charged Rs 6000 for breakfast, which we paid. They had promised to provide air tickets worth Rs 30, 000.We requested to provide to and fro air tickets in one month advance.Company bluffed us by saying there was technical error in flight portal of company and did not send tickets.When 5 days left in departure, we requested to send tickets.They charged Rs 29500 on the pretext of increased prices of tickets.We paid Rs 29500.29th May passed.We were not given tickets.We faced financial loss along with mental trauma and harassment.It was a very bad experience.
