[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — I Want refund

This is the 100th time that I am trying to plan a holiday but again receiving a negative reply from CHIS. I have not been able to use a single night and all of my money has been wasted because of your false promises. While taking the membership, I was told that I will be able to roam all over India. Now everytime I ask for a holiday- it is either Shimla or jim corbett everytime. I demand complete refund, else I will go to the consumer forum. This is really disgusting that you can not service your customer. I trusted your company and paid full maintainence fees for 5 years. I want my money back. Nov 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I have been asked to resolve the complaint so that they can look into my matter otherwise they cant do anything as per the customer care representative. Trusting the compliance team of CHIS and hoping they can resolve my query. Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

So what happened? Is this resolved. They are fraud - they just blackmail you to resolve the ticket and then will do nothing.
don't be that sad if they haven't resolved this yet. There are many other victims.

I am also facing the same issue. They have taken 3 lakh rupees total and not doing my bookings.
