[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Membership 10 years | |||
I purchased this membership in April 2020 and paid 155000 for 10 years of domestic and international package and soon after the purchase there was a lockdown and I was unable to use my membership and there was a mishap in the family and I informed the concerned person to cancel my membership but he refused to do so and told me to use it and i[censored]nsatisfied I will process the refund. Inspite of many calls and msg they simply refuse to refund. After that I went to meet them personally at there office but The manager Mr Rahul Arora was so rude and even told me to do what ever I can do in a legal way but we will not refund ur money. Recently on 26 august I avail there services for two days to Shimla at larisa resort my stay was ok but there bathrooms were stinky and towels were smelly. It has not been resolved. The fake promises had been made and Dhananjay Misra from sales team has harassed me saying that even i[censored] go legally you cannot prove anything
