I have availed 30N Hotel package in 2018 for 5 years validity from Country Inn & suites and paid the full amount in advance on request of the Hotel (around 80, 000 INR + AMC).
Unfortunately, Covid situation started from 2019 onwards and hence Hotel was not able to help with booking during that time due to their own reasons (which i can understand). Due to that situation, my complete package stands un-used and all my 30N are still left with only 1 year left to expire.
Issue is as below:
1. I have requested Hotel authority to extend the validity further due to lost time during pandemic (due to Hotel booking un-availability), they are not helping rather suggesting to pay more amount and get extension. I am feeling helpless as i have already paid full amount 4 years back and now on mercy of Hotel without any co-operation.
2. They earlier committed to provide minimum 4 star/5 star hotels in this package with multiple choices. But when i try to book now, they just give one option and need additional AMC amount for booking. If i add AMC amount and earlier amount which i paid (80k), the hotel cost is very high than the online rates and i find myself a loser without choices.
I request to please guide me and get my complete money back or help me with validity extension and wave-off AMC amount at minimum. This process and policy is putting a lot of stress during this pandemic time. Was this information helpful? |
