I am Dhananjay Kumar purchased a membership of CHIS in 7th April 2022 in Vivanta Taj Dwarka Sector-21 New Delhi.
Sales person Mr Kayyum Khan, Mr.Abdul and Miss Hema they all given wrong commitments to me in hotel and i have paid 77000/- Rupees at a same time and signed agreement which i have not read that time and they told me nothing in this agreement just formalities of this company please sign here.Even they not provide yet that agreement what is there written.
They miss sell, miss guide, honey trape and money trape also.
Even 2 months gone they are not giving respond, I have paid for 5 years package plus Goa trip 3N4D for everything flight ticket for 2 adults plus 1 kids and they are now offering 3 years package .
CHIS is highly unethical, unprofessional and making fool of innocent people.
We faced financial loss along with mental trauma and harassment, It was a very bad experience of all these staff even i have meet at his head office Customer care Manager Mr Sagar Taneja and also taked with Vinita Customer care head 2oth may and same offerd convert 3years package behalf of 5years and Now not giving respond and his office number[protected] not connected.Now i am very frustrate then write on this platform today.
This is fraud company they are cheaters at time of package he make fake promise now he is not responding any call and customer care no is always off i called Many times but not worked .
No one should make deals with such unprofessional, fake, Cheater and fraud company.
i request you to please refund my amount now other wise i also raise these isuue in social media also.
