Country Holidays Inn & Suites — No services no reservation no properties available & getting calls

I have paid a heavy fee as a customer to buy this membership 3 years ago but haven't been able to experience it for a single night. Every time I reach out to make a booking, the only response I get from their customer service team is Ma'am, we are under maintenance or we cannot do the booking.
Now I am being harassed for not paying the AMC. AMC of what?I would like to know from Country Holidays because you are not providing any services to me at all.
