[Resolved]  Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Not giving Vacations on Booking request

Membership was taken for Rs.75000/- for 30 days vacations to be availed in 5 years. ( To be availed by April-2024)
Complaints :
1. CHIS is not accepting Request for Booking due to non availability of Resort.
2. Not extending Tenure for another 2 years ie till April 2026 as requested due to Covid / Lock down as all Resorts were not in operation more over CHIS office was also closed during Lockdown.
3. CHIS do not allow Members to visit CHIS office in Noida.

Now CHIS has given booking for Shimla ( Hassan Valley ) Ms Kiran Kaur helped me to get the booking.
Now my complaint to be trated as closed.
