[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Not providing booking

I have taken membership from this company in 2017. Everytime I want booking from them they made excuses that properties are not avaibale. Right now I want to book hotels in udaipur and Jaisalmer but they are saying that they don't have any property except Jim Corbet and Shimla.. always give excuse that Our property is inactive in all other locations.
Totally frustrated from this company after paying huge some of membership amount and maintenance charges also.

Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
CHIS employee's are confirming that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so.
I hope you have contacted Veenita, kiran, Mukesh, Vikrant, Dipali, Chandan, Mohit, Amit and many others but reply will always be same (either not replying/picking phone Or assuring for next few days). I was put on hold for 1 hr just to talk with them, looks like we have taken there money and not vice-versa.
I have to cancel my plan just 1 day before actual date of travel just because flights was not shared.
Only way to teach them is using twitter and linkedin (because CEO Vishal Rai is not present on twitter)
You will get call from customer care team to delete the tweets and then they will try to resolve your issue(personal experience)
Lets come to twitter and tweet on all posts here are handlers @countryholiday5 @CHTravelIndia
